Alan Jordan is the clinic director of the Broadgate Spine Centre. Alan is an internationally acknowledged expert in the diagnosis and management of spinal pain. He is the representative of the British Chiropractic Association working on the development of the national clinical guidlines for chronic lower back pain for the Department of Health. In addition to his chiropractic qualifications he received his PhD in Medical Research in 1997, from the University of Copenhagen. Alan has worked at the leading spine centre at the National University Hospital of Copenhagen for a number of years where he carried out many research projects and published several scientific papers. He has received several research awards from both medical and chiropractic societies. He lectures both nationally and internationally and is an active member of the chiropractic research community. Alan is involved in several post-graduate programmes for both general practitioners as well as chiropractors. Dr Jordan is PPP and BUPA registered and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
